Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. No worries - we are here to help!

We're pretty upfront about our products and services, and will not surprise you with any hidden fees or costs. We do place a few limitations on our returns policy, but we think that they are fair.


Assembled products cannot be exchanged unless it is a manufacturing defect. Asghar Furniture. reserves the right to determine this. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused new condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, drilling or any other modifications will not be returnable.

Mode of Return:

Refunds will be done in the same mode of payment as was used during your purchase. So, if you used your credit card, we will credit the amount to your account. Do bear in mind that this is a longer process.

Special Orders:

Made to order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivery and Pickup Charges:

We will deduct the original delivery charge if there is no valid reason for return. If the Shipping was free with the Product there will be a charge of Minimum 50 AED as a pickup charge.

Notify within 3 Days:

We must be notified within 3 days of receiving your product delivery. After 3 days, we will not be able to accept your return.

Refund process

Please contact our customer service to get a return authorization. We will dispatch a carrier to pick up yours merchandize/Product and ship it back to our warehouse. We will inspect the returned merchandise within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or any other form of payment. Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take up to 5-10 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.
